Payments & Fees

The trip fees are for double occupancy accomodations. Limited single rooms may be available for an additional cost.

Space is limited and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.  A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve your spot. Payment in-full must be received by the final payment deadline.

The trip fee includes seven nights tourist class hotel accommodations, all meals, in-country airport transfers, local transportation, tips, interpreter and translation services, honoraria  for speakers, and entrance to cultural activities.  The price does not include international airfare.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

The deposit is non-refundable. If after you register you are unable to take part in the trip, please notify SIA in writing right away.  If a cancellation notice is received more than 75 days before departure, only the deposit will be assessed.  A cancellation notice received 60-75 days before departure will be assessed 50% of the total travel seminar cost.  A cancellation notice received 30-59 days before departure will be assessed 75% of the total travel seminar cost.  Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received less than 30 days before departure.

We reserves the right to cancel a trip due to under-enrollment, changes in conditions in the host country or other unforeseen circumstances.  Your deposits and registration fees will be refunded if the trip is canceled by us.

Booking Your Flights

Participants are responsible for booking their own international flights.  We recommend that you wait to book your flights until the trip has been confirmed since most trips have a minimum enrollment and trips may be canceled if minimum enrollment is not reached.

We encourage all participants to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that could prevent you from traveling.

Waiver & Release

All travel activities involve certain elements of risk. Participation is voluntary, and in consideration of the opportunity, each participant agrees to provide a waiver and release of liability at the time of registration. Please review the document carefully prior to registering.
